about us
we're two people based in indonesia who met through uni and decided to work together. our goal is to help both international and domestic buyers & sellers by providing various services related to kpop collectibles. we mainly focus on nct & wayv, but our services are open to any other fandom / group~

| we will only do a minimum for the unboxing; meaning we won't remove the items from the plastic cover / toploader. we'll only unbox to show you the item. you can request for us to do a full unbox to check the item condition |

| Repacking |

| an additional fee for any service that requires warehouse service. this fee will be added to the end total of your order. this is to repack the items before shipment |
| repacking fees depend on how much work it would take to repack the items. not all orders would be added this fee, i will notify the buyers if this fee will be added or not |
| 0-300g: $2, 300-500g: $3, 500-1kg: $4, over 1kg: $5 |
